At Turkista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and will issue the refunded amount as store credit within 24 hours of receiving your return. Our store credit is valid forever, and our collection is updated all year long, ensuring you will always have plenty of options to choose from.

1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Easy Return Center. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid label along with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, store credit will be issued within 24 hours.

4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. You may return the item for store credit and use it to purchase an alternative.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: For any defective or damaged items, submit a request through our Easy Return Center within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement, covering return shipping costs.
